On successful completion of this course, the students will be able to:

• Explaintheroleofanauditortoplan,conduct,report andfollowupaFoodSafetymanagementsystemaudit inaccordancewithISO 19011(andISO 22003including ISO 17021whereappropriate).
• Plan,conduct,reportandfollowupanauditofaFood Safety managementsystem toestablishconformity (or otherwise) with ISO 22000 or acceptable equivalent and in accordance with ISO 19011 (and ISO 22003includingISO 17021whereappropriate).

COURSE FORMAT

• Eachdayisdividedintofoursessions,twobeforelunch and twoafterlunch.
• Thefirstsessionprecedesthemid-morningbreakand thesecondfollowsmidmorningbreak.
• Theafternoon sessions aresimilarly divided.
• Theoutputofthe exerciseareapartoftheformal continuous assessment andwill thereforebemarked.
• Althoughtheexercisesaregroupexercisesindividualscore tothe delegatewill bebased ontheiroverall participation.
• Amock audit–RoleplaywillbeconductedonDays4&5oftheTrainingfor thedelegatestodemonstratethe skillslearnedandunderstoodduring thecourAll sessionareinteractive anddelegatedparticipationis encouraged.
• You will need to allow sufficient time to read andunderstand thenoteswhichhavebeenprovided.
