Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical Safety Training, Electrical Hazard Identification, and Safe Work Practices.
- Proven ability to deliver classroom and practical training sessions for corporate professionals and students at IHSM premises.
- Strong understanding of Electrical Safety Awareness, LOTO procedures, permit-to-work, and risk control measures.
- Experience in developing training materials, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations.
- Good communication, presentation, and assessment skills.
- Ability to support safety audits, site inspections, and client safety requirements as needed.
- Willingness to travel for corporate and on-site training programs, if required.

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Industrial Safety / HSE with electrical safety specialization. • Electrical Safety / LOTO / HSE certification from a recognized institution will be preferred. • Knowledge of Indian Electricity Rules, CEA Regulations, IS Standards, and statutory safety requirements.
