ADVANCE DIPLOMA IN FIRE SAFETY ENGINEERING (FS)
Advance Diploma in Fire Safety Engineering (FS) is a certification course that is approved by the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE).It is very important to know protection against fire, fire prevention and the firefighting process to prevent loss of life and property. The IHSM has started this course through hands-on experience for the students, who are planning to build their career in this field of Fire Safety Engineering. It is a primary-level fire and safety course, specially designed for professionals with a diversified careers in the field of fire and safety. Many drills and other activities are conducted to make sure that the students could get the right knowledge to perform their responsibility as Fire and Safety professionals.

Training people on the safety and precaution against fire to mitigate accidents and threats is very important in daily life. Advance Diploma in Fire Safety Engineering (FS) educates the students in practical training, servicing of Fire equipment, Fire detection, and Firefighting by imparting theoretical knowledge and ground drills on modern firefighting equipment & project. The students also get knowledge about Industrial safety and security which also prepares them to organize workshops, conferences, and visits to organizations. The organizations require such qualifications to employ in the industry as Safety officers, Safety Consultants/professionals, Safety managers Safety Advisors, Safety Experts, and Safety Auditors.
